I work with individuals who feel like their mental health is starting to interfere with their daily lives in many different ways. I’m especially drawn to working with neurodivergent individuals, as well as those navigating trauma, life transitions, and cognitive or emotional challenges across different stages of life. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, meaning I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all method to therapy. I focus on both the emotional and cognitive aspects of your experience, since the way we think and feel both shape how we move through our lives.
Together, we can work to better understand what’s going on, process your experiences, and develop tools that actually feel helpful and manageable. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and more in control. I aim to keep therapy real, approachable, and tailored to you.
