Welcome! I am Dr. Nina Paul. With a commitment to evidence-based practices, I provide therapy tailored to you to address OCD, PTSD and trauma, and a wide range of anxiety disorders. My goal is to help patients find the strength to gradually approach their worries, obsessions, distressing thoughts, fears, and traumatic memories. I create a warm space fostering self-awareness, self-compassion, and confidence to let go of self-blame and expectations. I equip patients with tools (e.g., thought challenging or defusion, acceptance of emotions, mindfulness practices) to help them overcome their challenges and build meaningful lives.
I am currently working as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford, and reserve some time to see individuals like you in my small private practice. I have a PhD and hold a license to work as a clinical psychologist in California. I provide expert specialized treatment programs supported by robust research, such as ERP, CBT, ACT, CPT, WET, PE, and HRT.
It can be a big step to seek therapy. Please, explore my "Psychology Today" profile (on here is also button to link to my website with more info). I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to decide if the services I provide are a good match for your needs and preferences. I am looking forward to meeting you and embarking on a journey of healing and growth.
