I work with children, teens and adults of all ages who are navigating symptoms of anxiety, grief, relationship issues, difficulty with emotional regulation, life transitions and more. My approach integrates a range of evidence-based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based practices. I believe therapy is a place for both children and adults to be seen, heard and supported through whatever they're facing.
My approach is rooted in compassion, respect and a commitment to walking alongside you through life's most difficult (and joyful) seasons. Through this approach along with the use of evidence based modalities my goal is to support you in moving towards peace and purpose-one step at a time.
