I love working with BIPOC/Asian/Filipinx community, Queer folks, neurodivergent people, first-gen Americans, polyam individuals and couples, spiritual folks, and others who struggle to find that "good fit" with therapists following conventional, Western therapeutic approaches. As a BIPOC Queer woman, I have an immediate understanding of intersectional experience.
I work with a “whole person” model of wellness. Together you and I can find ways to strengthen your relationships with your mind, body, spirit, emotions, and the Earth. We can do this through activities like shadow work, meditation, ancestral work, and exploring dreams.
I work with people struggling through attachment issues, childhood trauma/inner child wounds, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, over-functioning, identity work, and systemic oppression.
In my couples work, I enjoy working with intercultural, kinky, polyam, and queer folks in all kinds of areas like conflict, finances, infidelity, sex, and personality.
My role is to help you uncover your most empowered, connected, complete, and authentic self, the self who stands tall and grounded in your truth. Let’s unearth your sacred power to heal traumas, repair broken relationships, and find meaning and peace in your universe. Let’s tap into your magic.
