At Willow Counseling, we believe connection, healing, and personal growth can be experienced at any age or in any stage of life. Whether a child, teen, or parent, recovery is essential and achieving it is possible through connection. There are no prerequisites for therapy, and the beauty is, you can begin anywhere.
I employ a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to the counseling process. I enjoy guiding people down mindful and holistic paths to self-care and healing from traumatic experiences. In addition to traditional therapy, I am certified in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
To anyone who has taken that step to sit in the chair, supported a loved one who has, or thought about making the appointment, just know how brave you are. For taking that leap to better yourself, your relationships with your loved ones, and overcoming the stigma.
