I work with individuals, couples and families of all ages. I specialize in PTSD, Complex/Developmental Trauma and integrating somatic and cognitive processes, depression/anxiety, marital issues, LGBTQ+; including gender identity work with individuals,couples and families. I am a registered mental health provider for WPATH (World Professional Organization for Transgender Health). I work with nontraditional relationship structures with boundary setting, communication and ethic navigation of relationships. I also specialize in working with family members and spouses of those coping with highly conflictual personality development.
People come to therapy because they want relief. They want something to be different, to explore ways to identify, find and be grounded in their true sense of self. I support the human desire to be heard and understood, especially when our thoughts and beliefs are minimized and dismissed for being different. I want to provide the safe space people deserve.
In my practice, I offer consultation, assessment and documentation for nonbinary/transgender individuals who are seeking medical transition. This includes one time comprehensive assessment and recommendations for medical providers at a self pay rate of $250. Clients will leave assessment with needed documentation and any follow up required.
