I have great background in working with young children through adults. We are allowed to get angry, it is just about HOW we handle/express that anger. I thrive on helping my clients and building their coping skills and strengths for dealing with all and any stressors in life.
I have worked with children from the ages 5 and up for over ten years and over three years experience in a therapy setting with children who struggle with anger management. Although I have a lengthy history with children, I am open to any population, focusing on how we can better ourselves and push through tough times with all the support I can give.
My approach to therapy is founded on the principles of compassion & understanding. I recognize that each client is unique & requires an individualized approach to treatment. I take the time to listen carefully to clients' concerns, fears, & hopes, and work collaboratively with them to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs & goals.
