Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I know reaching out for therapy isn’t always easy, but I believe it’s one of the most meaningful steps you can take for yourself. I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people feel seen, supported, and understood—especially during those seasons of life when things feel messy or overwhelming.
I specialize in working with adolescents and teens, supporting them as they navigate emotions, identity, & relationships. I also work with adults who are trying to find balance, manage stress, or reconnect with themselves. My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative—we’ll work together to figure out what’s getting in the way and how to create the changes.
I use tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), & mindfulness practices to help you build insight, learn practical coping skills, and approach life with more calm and confidence. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can breathe, be real, and start feeling more grounded and hopeful about the path ahead.
