My name is Ninoska "Nina" Lewis, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate, LPC-A -supervised by Richard Kuehn LPC-S. I graduated from University of Houston Clear Lake with my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health. In my experience thus far I have worked with diverse populations from various cultures working on a range of issues.
My professional experience has been working with those who are victims of sexual abuse (Trauma; child/adult), ADD/ADHD, procrastination, lack of motivation, depression, anger, feeling stuck, emotional (dys)-regulation, multi-cultural therapy and couple/relationship counseling.
I approach each client through a holistic (bioPsychosocial-spiritual) approach, which embraces your physical, psychological, social and spiritual life experiences to guide you in meeting your goals.
