Life is a journey full of ups and downs. It doesn't come with a roadmap, and at times we all find ourselves in difficult situations. As your therapist, I will guide you and support you through these rough times by illuminating the path to healing and wholeness. In the face of life's challenges, our tendency is to cope, adapt and get by. Unfortunately some of these coping mechanisms are outdated and no longer serve us, so we go about life just "getting by". Rather than merely "surviving" you could be thriving.
Together, I will help you break through your limiting beliefs and old patterns so you can rediscover your passion for life and experience greater joy and well being. With a warm, compassionate and insightful approach, you will learn to navigate the process of transformation.
I use both intuitive and evidence-based modalities such as mindfulness and EMDR. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a Consultant at Insigniam coaching executives of large corporations and non-profits. I also bring 20 years of experience with children to my practice.
