I help teens (16+) and adults heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and build the confidence to show up fully in their lives. Life can feel heavy when anxiety, stress, or old wounds keep getting in the way. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and learn tools to feel more grounded, confident, and at peace.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety and stress, past trauma and inner child wounds, self-esteem and confidence challenges, interpersonal relationship struggles, and learning healthy boundaries and coping skills.
The pressure to "have it all together" and silently carry your anxiety and pain can be exhausting. Healing doesn’t have to happen in silence. Therapy is a place to set down the weight you carry, feel understood, and begin healing. Reaching out may feel scary, but it’s a powerful first step toward change and peace.
