My experience includes 17+ years treating addiction, trauma, anxiety and depression in outpatient and inpatient settings. I also specialize in sex and relationships issues with singles and couples, including within non-traditional relationship structures. I work from a strength-based, egalitarian perspective, using a social justice, anti-oppression lens.
The approaches I utilize include: Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, Somatica Sex and Relationship coaching, Gottman couples therapy, RODBT (Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Emotion Focused therapy.
