Welcome! My name is Nimrat Bindra and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with over 7 years of clinical experience. I work with individuals and couples to help with stress, anxiety, depression, coping with addictions, and trauma recovery. My theoretical orientation is individualized with a foundation of client-centeredness & strength-based psychology and incorporates modalities including Brainspotting, Positive Psychology, and Internal Family Systems.
