New Paradigms
Have you been struggling with your weight and binge eating/ emotional overeating? The New Paradigms group is for women over 30 who have been struggling with food, weight and eating and are looking for support and education to work through their challenges. Hold yourself accountable to: identify the triggers and strategies to manage your negative thoughts and behaviors around food, weight and eating; learn how gut flora, hormones and nutrition may affect your moods; work through the shame and vulnerability; plan fun activities that you have postponed and carve out time for self care and self love without guilt.
New Paradigms
Binge and compulsive eating behaviors are often hidden by secrecy and shame. The "New Paradigms" group is especially for adult women who are tired of the chronic dieting and weight cycling that has ruled their self-esteem, self-worth and their overall lives. Looking to step out from under that secrecy and shame? Join a safe and supportive therapy group and be part of a community of like-minded women with similar struggles who commit and hold themselves accountable to their personal and individualized health and lifestyle goals.
