Life can get difficult and complex where we're struggling with depression, anxiety, and feeling trapped within unhealthy patterns. Whether it's the past, present, future, or all three domains; I'm thrilled to assist you in navigating those areas to a life worth living. I am committed to helping others connect to their core selves!
I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions when it comes to treatment such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My aim is for clients to build insight and awareness, both, internally and externally. I have experience working in the foster care system and have a background in school counseling as well.
