If left unchecked and allowed to persist, these emotions can take a real toll on our minds and body. Without treatment, we'll tend to express our anger or our desolation, or simply withdraw into ourselves and deny the depth of the destruction. The pain remains locked away and binds our soul, absorbing and destroying the best in us and leading us to addictions,
chronic illness, or other distractions, preventing us from living fully. My professional experience encompasses working in child welfare, adoption, crisis, medical case management, trauma, families and psychotherapy. Together, we’ll address the triggers impacting your life and relationships, empowering you to regain control.
