Hello, my name is Niloufar Tahery I am an experienced licensed clinical psychologist. I specialize in depression, anxiety disorders, stress management, trauma, PTSD, grief, and post-partum depression/anxiety. I work collaboratively with clients utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused CBT, mindfulness, and strength-based approaches to help support clients' work towards their goals and personal growth. I believe in the importance of establishing a therapeutically safe and compassionate environment.
I have always been interested in learning about human behavior, how our experiences shape our core beliefs, and how we see the world and interact with others. I enjoy guiding people to learn, heal, and discover their potential. It is an honor and privilege to be part of someone's journey.
Clients will be guided in identifying their goals and I work collaboratively with clients helping them learn and develop skills to work towards their goals and personal growth.
