While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. The major emphasis of my clinical practice is psychotherapy with individuals, couples, and adolescents.

I realize every individual is unique and it takes a very hands approach to working with each individual. My specialties include working with depression, anxiety, all types of trauma, substance and alcohol abuse, cultural diversity, and handling life's transitions. I have completed training in EMDR and use this technique to supplement the talking therapy.
