I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), and a Ph.D. psychologist. I earned my psychology doctorate degree from the University of Connecticut and specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, stress, and life transitions with clarity and confidence.
