As a trauma focused clinician, I am passionate and here to support you through your struggles and your transformation process. You do not need to feel alone in this journey of healing. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitizatization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I use a client centered approach to support you to express your story. I will support you in using the strengths you already possess to guide your way to growing into the person you want to be.
