I am a licensed professional counselor located in Fort Worth, Texas, specializing in EMDR therapy and play therapy for clients across the lifespan. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful and lasting change, and I work from an attachment-informed, trauma-responsive approach.

I have advanced training in EMDR and play therapy, with a clinical focus on complex trauma, dissociation, attachment-related challenges, and developmental trauma. I help clients who feel stuck in patterns shaped by overwhelming experiences understand the deeper roots of those patterns and work toward integration and healing.

When working with children, I view caregiver involvement as essential. Therapy is most effective when caregivers are included in the process, allowing changes made in the therapy room to extend into daily life and family relationships. If we meet and it doesn’t feel like the right fit, I am always willing to help you find a therapist who is a better fit.
