I adapt my approach based on your goals and situation, but specialize in doing Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and emotional-depth work, providing more than conventional talk therapy. I often invite clients to explore their emotional experience, various parts of themselves and how those parts may be silently interfering and disrupting your life.
