In therapy, I strive to create an environment where every client feels seen, heard and understood. I believe the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is a powerful vessel for healing and change. I hope therapy can be a safe place where you are able to heal and grow! Therapy can provide: new mental health tools to improve quality of life, a place to explore hard issues, and collaboration for creating a healthier family or relationship dynamic. Therapy can also provide tools to grieve past experiences or simply a place to learn more about yourself.

I have special experience in EMDR- trauma therapy. EMDR is an evidence based therapy to treat PTSD symptoms as well as depression and anxiety. EMDR is extremely affective in reducing symptoms but can take 6-8 sessions or more in order to complete. I also have specialize in ERP (Exposure Response Prevention therapy) the gold standard to treat OCD.

I believe the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is a powerful vessel for healing and change. I hope therapy can provide safety and be a place where you can come get what you need to grow and heal! I also offer faith-based counseling for those who are interested.
