Let’s be real - it can be hard to make sense of what’s really going on with your eating habits, body image, or relationships. Maybe you’ve noticed certain patterns or feelings, but you’re not quite sure where they’re coming from-or what to do about them. That’s where I come in. I specialize in helping people get curious about these parts of their lives, connect the dots, and build a deeper understanding of themselves - especially when it comes to food, body image, and relationships.

I use a mix of ACT, DBT, and humanistic therapy, but let me break that down: we’ll explore what’s happening under the surface: your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how they all fit together. My style is warm and compassionate, but also very direct. Together, we’ll focus on building self-awareness and finding practical steps forward-no toxic positivity.
