"What are you?" was a question I quickly became accustomed to growing up in the Pacific Northwest. With roots in Chamoru, Irish and Armenian heritage, there is no box for me to check. This question has been a lifelong journey in understanding who I am in the context of others, and more importantly how I define myself. I hope to work with others who are embarking on their own cultural journey and are seeking deeper answers to questions about themselves.
I focus deeply on building a strong, respectful relationship where you can feel safe to respect yourself. I invite you to bring all parts, intersections and identities of yourself to explore. Anything and everything that makes you, you. If our relationship holds these elements- you have the ability to heal yourself.
I am a trauma focused therapist who provides EMDR and psychedelic integration. I work with adults, and teens (15+) of all cultural backgrounds suffering from PTSD, substance use, and other mental health issues.
