Nikki Wetherell Yardy currently has a waitlist for new clients.
About
Now accepting waitlist clients for 3-4 hour EMDR intensives only, my waitlist for hour long appt. is closed. I am not taking new referrals for talk therapy, returning clients contact me directly. EMDR is a research-backed approach offering faster treatment outcomes than traditional talk therapy. EMDR targets specific adverse life experiences and negative belief systems impacting your life to decrease depression and anxiety, as well as reduce daily symptoms. I specialize in working with women who struggle with self-esteem due to traumatic and negative experiences in their past as well as general traumatic experiences.
Pros of EMDR 3-4 hour Intensives include reduction of symptoms in days, not months, move through material faster, no more weekly appointments, intensives allow you more freedom in your schedule, and spending less time in therapy overall, less session time getting started and closing things down. A single incident can be processed in 1-2 intensive sessions.
Let's schedule a free phone consultation to explore how EMDR intensives may help your personal needs.
