Through this process, we'll increase insight and begin to develop new ways of thinking and relating—ones that foster connection rather than conflict and distance.
I help individuals rebuild their sense of self and personal agency, while also learning to set healthy boundaries, navigate compromise, and create a more balanced dynamic in their relationships. These shifts not only support better connections with others but also promote greater internal stability and a more fulfilling life overall.
