I consider my work with clients to be a great honor! I use a wholistic approach and do so by addressing physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs. I specialize in faith-based counseling, empathy; and intermingle EMDR with polyvagal and parts work interventions. I collaborate with my client's to ensure they are getting the help they want and need.
