You may be navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity questions, relationship stress, family dynamics, or the weight of caregiving within complex systems. You may be a parent, sibling, partner, or loved one supporting someone with significant mental health, disability, or substance use, while also trying to make space for your own wellbeing.
Together, we can explore emotions, relationships, and nervous system responses while building grounding, regulation, self-compassion, and connection. When appropriate, this may include EMDR, parts work, mindfulness, and somatic body-based approaches.
