I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and relationship issues with individuals recovering from trauma. An emphasis of my practice is dedicated to supporting birth parents and their partners throughout the pregnancy and postpartum journey.
Special interests include working with college students, young professionals, and fellow helpers and healers. I am an EMDR-trained therapist with an affirming, strengths-based, & collaborative approach. Please know you can expect a warm, non-judgmental environment characterized by kindness and compassion.
