Are you struggling to navigate conflict, repair relationships, or connect with yourself and your loved ones? While I work with individuals, I focus on couples and families who are seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, better manage stress and mood, and find inner peace. If you or your loved ones have been impacted by childhood trauma, domestic violence, addiction, divorce, or a mental health condition, and you find it impacts your relationships, I invite you to reach out for an initial consultation. I prioritize working with underserved populations inc. BIPOC, LGBTQ+, PWD, and immigrants.
My style infuses collaboration, curiosity, and compassion. I use somatic, client-centered, trauma-informed, attachment, and strength-based approaches that are evidenced based. We will focus on mindfulness, the mind-body connection, and healing wounded parts of self by resourcing the capable, strong adults parts that have helped you thus far.
Opening our hearts and sharing our struggles can be hard. Therapy is your opportunity to uncover how your origin story affects you in the present, so you can change what you can and accept what cannot be changed.
