I help college students, young adults, athletes, and creatives who feel overwhelmed by challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, academic pressure, burnout, life transitions.
Many of my clients are from UM and other local campuses, or high-achieving professionals balancing demanding schedules with their mental health. I also work with people healing from religious trauma or high-control religious experiences, and support BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients.
I use a collaborative, client-centered approach that blends evidence-based therapies including ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), mindfulness-based strategies, and relational approaches. Sports performance is an area of interest to me as well, informed by my experience as a former Division 1 athlete, navigating pressure in multiple areas at once.
