Going through tough experiences is hard enough — facing them while feeling alone or disconnected can feel even more overwhelming. With five years of experience in private practice, and a clinical foundation built in both school settings and inpatient facilities, I bring a person-focused and supportive approach to therapy.
I work with children, teens, young adults, and families experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioral difficulties. I integrate play, connection and a strong therapeutic alliance while treating concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and disruptive behaviors.
I have a strong passion for helping individuals better understand themselves, uncover patterns that no longer serve them, and resolve the issues that surface along the way. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I help clients process trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences so that painful memories lose intensity.
My goal is to walk alongside you or your child throughout this process, providing a safe, collaborative space where healing and growth can take place.
