Hi there! Are you ready to begin or continue your internal healing journey? Do you wish you had a safe space to unpack past traumas? Are you grieving the loss of any kind? Are you a new parent? Hoping to become a parent? Life is hard sometimes, especially after loss and new transitions. You don't have to heal or grieve alone! I am here to listen, validate, and companion you on your journey. I offer you a safe, validating, and warm space where we can unpack many aspects of your life. I believe all people can grieve, grow, heal, and live purposeful and fulfilling lives. I am also currently able to supervise LLMSWs in Michigan.

My therapy style is companioning, where I walk alongside you during your healing journey. I use evidence-based practices customized to your needs (knowing that needs change as you grow and heal). I believe in therapy that addresses all areas of a person's life; we can talk about anything! I use a person-centered approach, meeting my clients where they are.

It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help. It takes a lot of work to sit in uncomfortable feelings. Although healing work is hard work, it is also worth it.
