Often, this affliction is a blindside; we don't see it coming. Life challenges is all encompassing, it maybe related to neglect/abuse, domestic/violent relationships, major life losses, grief, discrimination, abandonment, drug/alcohol use etc. this list is endless; which is sad. It's disheartening to think of all hurtful/harmful things that are reality in today's world. I want you to know that you don't have to figure everything out alone.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Therapist. I am dually credentialed in South Dakota to provide services for Mental Health (LPC-MH) and Addictions (LAC). I am Licensed in MN to provide Mental Health Services ( LPCC), as well as in Wyoming (LPC). My specialty area is working with Trauma, Addictions, Body Dysmorphia and Eating Disorders.
