We live in a world where we are expected to do it all, perfectly, and without struggling. We are constantly comparing ourselves to others and we declare ourselves "not good enough." I believe that a lot of the issues that present on the surface -- family issues, addiction, depression, and anxiety -- can be treated by focusing on overcoming shame, negative self-talk, and trauma. If this can be done, then the chances of improving your quality of life increases.
My goal is to walk with you through overcoming shame, negative self-talk, and trauma so that you can start to live the life that you want. This will be done by processing life events, setting boundaries, and taking your power back from others, addictions, or emotions.
It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. There is a lot of pressure to be perfect and not let others see us struggle. I believe that you are the expert of your life and you hold all of the solutions, so I just walk with you. You are capable of overcoming whatever you are facing and because of that, you will decide what areas are focused on.
