My therapeutic approach comes from a place of love. I believe in meeting clients where they are, without judgment or discrimination. My style is integrated and person-centered, focusing on awareness of the here and now as a tool for change. I am sensitive to the influence of our environments and how that shapes us. Often we are guided by the stories we tell ourselves and the stories others tell us. It is important to assess our stories to determine if they are relevant or if they are someone else’s stories. It is through the exploration of the past and present that we are able to support a healthy future.
My specialty is my sensitivity to the human condition and all that entails. I am a great listener and draw from my extensive life experience to support my clients. Often, just opening up to an unbiased therapist can create a pathway to healing.
I offer a safe space to process, allowing clients to fully engage with what impacts them emotionally and physically. As an Empath, I am deeply connected to the world around me, aware of how we evolve over time and the need to reassess our lives when called to do so.
