I specialize in couples conflict ,individuals with high anxiety/panic and EMDR. Couples, I am specially trained to track and find the underlying root of the problem. Communication is a priority and lets work to be more effective.

I am trained to slow the mind and tap into the alpha wave of the brain to allow exploration of the underlying emotions, to hold space for them instead of running from them using CBT and Somatic Therapy.

In addition to specializing in couples work (pre-marital, couples, and divorce) and high anxiety I have experience in school conflict, life transitions, depression, OCD, parenting challenges, and co-parenting.
