Hey, Im so glad you found me! I specialize in couples conflict and high anxiety/panic. Couples, I am specially trained to track and find the underlying root of the problem. Communication is a priority and lets work to be more effective. Experiencing high anxiety, high stress, panic? Anxiety is an emotion throwing red flags at you! I am trained to slow the mind and tap into the alpha wave of the brain to allow exploration of the underlying emotions, to hold space for them instead of running from them using CBT and Somatic Therapy.
