I use a combination of talk therapy (person-centered, existential, feminist) and EMDR (eye-movement desensitization therapy, which is used to treat traumas, both big and small) to help my clients process grief and pain and move past the constant anxiety they're feeling and into a more peaceful life full of self-love and compassion.
