No matter what your issues may be, you have found someone to help you get back on track. With my clients I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment, which allows them to freely express their emotions. My passion is working with individuals that experience anxiety, depression and trauma.
I have several years of experience working with children, adolescence, veterans and families. I use a wide variety of therapeutic approached that are not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, Reality Based and psychoeducation to ensure that I can cater to each individual needs.
