I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can occur. Together, we’ll build a collaborative therapeutic relationship that honors your strengths, values, and goals. I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach, recognizing the connection between the mind, body, and overall well-being. I also offer half-day, 1-, 2-, and 3-day EMDR therapy intensives for clients seeking focused, accelerated progress alongside traditional recurring therapy.
I work with adolescents (15–17), adults, couples, and families. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, attachment, life transitions, self-esteem, relationships, women’s issues, LGBTQ+ affirming care, academics/career, and wellness goals. I also offer trauma-informed consulting for professionals and organizations.
