People who are struggling with communication difficulties, intimacy challenges, and feelings of distrust in their relationships are welcome. I help adults and couples on choosing solutions that help them improve their relationships by modifying their behavior. Together, we look at their situations and problems as opportunities to explore choices that help them stay on track and meet their goals, enhancing their lives. I help people find solutions to their problems instead of focusing only on the problem, and I address a wide range of challenges people encounter regularly.
I provide therapeutic services utilizing Systems Theory, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Humanistic approaches. I help people become solution-oriented through complementing the things they are currently doing well in order to change their problem-focused perspective.
