Through therapy, my clients receive personalized support for relationship issues, stress/anxiety, trauma/PTSD, communication issues, executive functioning, perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing tendencies, and life transitions. I also help clients in cultivating embodiment, intimacy, boundaries, and self-trust.
My approach is creative and relational. I offer language-specific care in Mandarin and English.
I provide culturally-affirming, attachment-based, queer-affirming, sex-positive, poly-friendly, strength-based and client-centered services, integrating trauma-informed and evidence-based theories including Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT), Expressive Arts Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Somatic IFS/Parts Work, and Mindfulness.
