Are you in a place where your life story has caused you to feel down, anxious, or confused about how to move forward? Maybe something that has just happened, or something you have dealt with for a long time has brought you to this place. Two people may come saying they are depressed, but I know how this feels is very different from person to person. Understanding and respecting your situation is my goal, and we will work together to set your personal goals.
I am comfortable treating symptoms related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, military separations, and relationship problems. I also work with families to increase coping skills related to ADHD and other behavior concerns.
In addition to therapy, I can also conduct a variety of psychological and psychoeducational assessments, including evaluation for ADHD and Learning Disabilities. Referrals for testing may also be made by other therapists to help clarify diagnosis and guide treatment goals.
