I provide therapy & support to those who are carrying a great deal - managing work/school and family, navigating stress, relationship struggles, or major life transitions - while quietly feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or emotionally depleted. Many of the people I work with are used to being the strong one for everyone else, yet long for greater peace and fulfillment in their own lives. I am a psychotherapist and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, and the emotional impact of medically complex conditions for self or family members.
As a Christian therapist, I believe people are called to fulfill a greater purpose. I also believe that God meets us in our struggles as we were never meant to carry life’s burdens alone. I use a biblical framework alongside psychological modalities to address each challenge as an opportunity to learn, grow and become the person we are meant to be.
This work is also deeply personal. As an imperfect human seeking to do my best, and the mom of medically complex kids, I understand the impacts of anxiety, prolonged uncertainty, and trying to function while running on empty. That lived experience informs the empathy, steadiness, and perspective I bring to my work with clients every day.
