Support for Intense Emotions, Trauma & Relationship Patterns
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, or exhausted from holding everything together, you’re not alone. Many of the clients I work with struggle with anxiety, intense emotions, relationship challenges, trauma, or feeling disconnected from themselves.
I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll work to reduce distress, build practical coping skills, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.
I specialize in trauma (including religious trauma), borderline personality patterns, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and life transitions such as postpartum changes. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients and support around identity, relationships, and sexual health.
My approach blends evidence-based therapies in a way that’s tailored to you:
Reaching out for therapy can feel uncomfortable, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a supportive, collaborative approach where you set the pace, and we focus on what matters most to you. I offer virtual, private-pay sessions for clients in MN, SD, WA, and OR. I have current openings, I also offer free consultations. I look forward to meeting you!
