I offer consultation, clinical supervision, and therapy. I take a relational and collaborative approach in all of my work and strive to create a space for clients to be genuine and transparent as we work together to address their needs. I am a good fit for individuals who are looking to gain deeper self-awareness and insight, increase meaning and fulfillment in their lives, and reduce mental health symptoms that interfere with their wellness. I primary work with adults who are looking for depth and insight-oriented therapy that is individually tailored to their needs, personal challenges, where they are at on their journey, and the overall aims we identify. I offer consultation to those who are seeking to identity current obstacles to their goals or well-being and the next steps to take.
One of my specialities is couples therapy, whether partnered, married, or dating. I use an integrative approach to address a variety of concerns. I also work with clients who are encountering identity issues, including gender, sexuality, and race. I'm sensitive to multicultural issues and have extensive training in spirituality and diversity.
