I work with individuals and families, supporting clients across the lifespan. With adults, I understand that “adulting” can be hard. Therapy can be a positive outlet to explore new coping strategies, develop a self-care routine, and process life stressors or past trauma. I believe in sitting with you through the hard stuff; offering support, insight, and space to work toward your therapeutic goals and long-term growth. With children and adolescents, I focus on connection and collaboration. I work closely with parents and guardians as a team to create individualized treatment plans. I see all behavior as a form of communication, and
my goal is to help bridge any communication gaps between children and their caregivers. As a mom myself, I deeply understand both the beauty and the challenges of parenting. I believe strong families and resilient children begin with connection. When working with children and teens, I emphasize the power of family connection and positive co-regulation.
For children, I use child-centered play therapy techniques to support emotional and behavioral development. Across all age groups, I integrate Polyvagal Theory into my work to help clients better understand the neurobiological roots of emotional responses and mental health. This approach supports lasting healing, self-awareness, and resilience.
