I also want to provide a space for high-achieving women managing the demands of a career and the complications that can come from the workplace. My goal is to help you identify your own strengths and wisdom, leading you to make choices that bring you closer to where you want to be.

I specialize in working with individuals to change unhealthy thought patterns, engage in positive coping menchanisms, and to find daily peace.
