Hi all! My passion is to help my clients become more self-aware in their healing journey. I am EMDR trained, somatically informed, as well as IFS informed. You will be met with warmth, empathy, validation, and perspective. I love to explore clients’ presenting issues in relation to childhood, past experiences, and relationships to connect patterns and narratives which have been carried throughout their lives. I teach clients how to reframe thoughts, identify triggers and coping skills, engage more in their hobbies and interests, and improve communication skills. I also incorporate spirituality if a client is open to meaning making.
My specialities include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQIA+, ADHD/autism, relationships, family issues, and self-esteem. I teach clients to view issues from a systems or spiritual lens and recognize what is and what is not in their control. Radical acceptance, self-love, and growth are pillars of my philosophy.
I am flexible, warm, nurturing, and will never judge you. I simply facilitate reflection and healing surrounding your deepest thoughts and feelings.
