My approach to therapy is rooted in an eclectic, values-based, and trauma informed perspective. I utilize EMDR, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, parts-work, and strengths-based approaches. During our time together, we’ll focus on utilizing your own experiences to inform therapeutic goals and discover your inner strengths!
As an out-of-network therapist, a superbill can be provided if you are interested in using your out-of-network insurance benefits. I offer in-person (office or "walk and talk"), virtual, or hybrid sessions, Monday-Thursday, to support your lifestyle. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to work with you!
